Your orders will be placed from our customer care
service provider to the specified store. As soon as you order an item, you
should note down the order number and the bill amount for proper tracking
during order delivery.
Our customer care service provider will show your
order sequence as per the stores location.
The order pick up information will be provided by
our ‘errand boys’ to the customer care service. To detect the proper pick up information
you should check for our official JGI stamp on it and track it using the JGI
order bill number provided by our logistic team.
Our errand boys will deliver your items at your
door step and the payment receipt will also be provided by them at the time of
delivery. They will update the order completion as soon as the delivery is
completed, with your assurance and an “order successfully delivered” mail will
also be sent in your registered mail id to confirm the delivery completion from
Your payment record will be immediately updated in
your JGI account.
If you face an excess or shortage of payment during
cash on delivery payment method the amount due will be added to or subtracted
from your JGI wallet, without causing any inconvenience to you.
