What is JGI?

People skim in digital age. We are the verge that helps you relax for a while.
In your hectic schedule we start with a genuine purpose to give our time and get your work done in the quickest and most reliable way possible.

(We intend to help society and in the same way we have expectation to be helped by society. We can't succeed untill or unless you support. Try to manage the things if it goes wrong in exceptional cases.)


How do I order via JGI?

The flow is pretty simple.
  • Search your requirement.
  • Choose the most preferable item from the widest range of options as per your requirement. 
  • Check out the cart with details you require.
  • You will find it delivered at your doorstep within less than an hour.

What kind of products do you sell?

Which cities and locations do you operate in?

As a startup we began with our own dwelling area , Bengaluru.

What is the minimum order value?

Your favourite pen alone is also delivered. There is no minimum order amount.
But for orders below ₹100, we charge mere ₹5 as delivery charge.

How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?

We try to make sure our inventory is always updated. In case an item you ordered is unavailable from the store you selected, we will try to source from a different store or suggest a replacement. Rest assured about payments, in case we are unable to find the item for you, we will initiate the refund immediately.

How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?

You can edit your order in the cart before check out. In case you want to change something in the order after it has been placed, you can write to us at info@justgetit.co.in or simply call us at 8861991781 between 9AM and 9PM.

Delivery

Which locations do you deliver to?

JGI currently delivers to almost all areas of HSR Layout in Bengaluru,  If you open the app and find stores that deliver to you, it means we have you covered at your current location.

Are there any delivery charges?

There is no delivery charge if your order is above ₹299. Otherwise, there is a delivery charge of ₹5*.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Just drop us a message at info@justgetit.co.in or contact us from within the app and we will promptly change the address.

Can I track the status of my order?

All the details of the order including its present state is in Order History.

What if I don’t receive my order by the scheduled time?

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order. We will work with you to make sure you are not inconvenienced as a result of the delay.

Cancellation & Return

What is the cancellation policy of JGI?

JGI provides easy and hassle free cancellation policy. You can cancel your order any time before the order is out for delivery. You can also reject the delivery at your doorstep or ask for replacement, if you are not satisfied with any product.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order from within the app inside Order History, or write to us at info@justgetit.co.in or call us on 8861991781 to cancel your order.

What if the delivered product is defective?

If you are not satisfied with the delivered product, get in touch with our customer care support at info@justgetit.co.in and we will immediately replace the product.

(We have a hassle free return and replacement policy for our customers.)

Can I reschedule my order?
Just by calling us at 8861991781 or connecting with us at info@justgetit.co.in, we will promptly reschedule your order, only if the order is not in the transit. Despite that if you need to reschedule it , we are flexible to do that if you pay a mere amount.

(We do not have a rescheduling feature in our app right now but) 

What If I want to return something?

We understand the value of your every purchase. In case you are not satisfied with the delivered product, just can return it to us or ask for the replacement without any penalty.

What if I have any complaint regarding my order?

Payments & Refunds

How can I make payments at JGI?

JGI accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make payments using your credit and debit card or through net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) option is also available.

What is the refund policy of JGI?

Shopping is hassle free and convenient on the JGI app. Get in touch with our customer support in case you want to initiate the process of refund. Mode of refund depends upon the mode of your payment.

How much time does it takes for refund?

We will initiate your refund process as soon you place your refund request. Your money will be refunded back within 2-7 days depending upon the mode of your payments.
